Over the past 20 years, he has owned SFR, Small MF, and Large MF and flipped over 200+ houses. 
He has since sold most of his assets, invested in over 7300 units through syndications and joint ventures, and has recently developed an interest in self-storage and assisted living. 

Kevin believes that leading a completely fulfilled and constantly evolving life is paramount.
